Katechéza pre deti: Náš nový život s Bohom (55)

Ježiš mal veľa priateľov. Chodil s nimi. Rozprával sa s nimi. Jedol s nimi. Ježiš sa delil o svoj život so svojimi priateľmi. V Biblii je veľa príbehov, ktoré nám rozprávajú o Ježišovi a jeho priateľoch.

Jedného dňa Ježiš našiel nového priateľa. Volal sa Zachej. Bol to mýtnik. Ľudia museli platiť poplatky vrchnosti. Mysleli si, že mýtnici si nechávajú časť ich peňazí. Mysleli si, že Zachej si necháva časť ich peňazí. Preto sa nechceli s ním priateliť.

Tu je príbeh o tom, ako sa Ježiš stal priateľom Zacheja:

Ježiš vošiel do Jericha a prechádzal cezeň. A tu muž, menom Zachej, ktorý bol hlavným mýtnikom a bol bohatý, zatúžil vidieť Ježiša, kto to je, ale nemohol pre zástup, lebo bol malej postavy. Bežal teda napred a vyšiel na planý figovník, aby ho uvidel, lebo práve tade mal ísť. Keď Ježiš prišiel na to miesto, pozrel sa hore a povedal mu: „Zachej, poď rýchlo dolu, lebo dnes musím zostať v tvojom dome!“ On chytro zišiel a prijal ho s radosťou.

Keď to videli, všetci šomrali: „Vošiel k hriešnemu človekovi!“ Ale Zachej vstal a povedal Pánovi: „Pane, polovicu svojho majetku dám chudobným a ak som niekoho oklamal, vrátim štvornásobne.“

Ježiš mu povedal: „Dnes prišla spása do tohoto domu. Veď aj on je Abrahámovým synom. Lebo Syn človeka prišiel hľadať a zachrániť, čo sa stratilo.“ (Lukášovo evanjelium 19, 1 – 10)

Ježiš pozýva každého človeka k novému životu s Bohom. V živote s Bohom máme milovať tak, ako miluje Boh. Máme milovať každého.

Tajomstvom krstu sme začali náš nový život s Bohom. Zjednotili sme sa s Bohom. Boh chce, aby sme naďalej rástli v láske k nemu a k sebe navzájom.

Ježiš nás učí, ako milovať. Ukazuje nám, ako byť priateľmi s každým. Hovorí nám, ako sa priblížiť k Bohu. Ježiš nám pomáha dodržiavať Božie prikázania.

Jedného dňa sa jeden človek spýtal Ježiša: „Ktoré prikázanie je prvé zo všetkých?“

Ježiš odpovedal: „Prvé je toto: ‚Počuj, Izrael, Pán, náš Boh, je jediný Pán. Milovať budeš Pána, svojho Boha, z celého svojho srdca, z celej svojej duše, z celej svojej mysle a z celej svojej sily!‘

Druhé je toto: ‚Milovať budeš svojho blížneho ako seba samého!‘ Iného, väčšieho prikázania, ako sú tieto, niet.“ (Markovo evanjelium 12, 23 – 31)

Ježiš nás učil, ako žiť náš nový život s Bohom.

Slová na zapamätanie:

Zachej – Ježišov priateľ

Prikázania – pravidlá, ktoré sme dostali, aby nám ukazovali, ako máme rásť v láske k Bohu a blížnemu.
