Katechéza pre deti: Učeníci povedali Bohu áno (32)

Jednorodený Boží Syn Ježiš Kristus prišiel na svet, aby žil s nami. Prišiel, aby nás priviedol späť k Bohu.

Boh chce, aby sa k nemu vrátili všetci ľudia. Ježiš vedel, že na túto prácu potrebuje pomocníkov. Tu je príbeh o tom, ako Ježiš povolal svojich pomocníkov:

Jedného dňa Ježiš kráčal popri jazere. Išlo za ním veľa ľudí. Keď uvidel rybára Petra v člne, spýtal sa ho: „Vezmeš ma na svojom člne kúsok od brehu?“

Ježiš rozprával ľuďom na brehu o Bohu. Potom povedal Petrovi, aby šiel na hlbokú vodu a spustil siete. Peter mu odpovedal: „Celý deň som lovil ryby a nič som nechytil, ale urobím, čo mi vravíš.“

Peter chytil toľko rýb, že potreboval pomoc pri vyťahovaní sietí. „Andrej, poď mi pomôcť,“ zavolal na svojho brata.

Andrej prišiel a priviedol so sebou aj Jakuba a Jána. Boli veľmi prekvapení, koľko rýb chytili! Ježiš povedal: „Odteraz budete loviť ľudí.“

Títo štyria opustili svoje lode a povedali Ježišovi áno. Nasledovali Ježiša a stali sa jeho učeníkmi. Učeníci pomáhali Ježišovi privádzať ľudí k Bohu (Lukášovo evanjelium 5, 2 – 22).

Učeníci nasledovali spôsob života, ktorý učil Ježiš. Naučili sa milovať a odpúšťať. Naučili sa starať jeden o druhého. Pomáhali Ježišovi privádzať ľudí k Bohu.

V Biblii sú tí, ktorí nasledovali Ježiša, nazývaní učeníci. Učeníci povedali Bohu áno.

Ježiš učil ľudí, aby dodržiavali Božie prikázania. Ježiš učil ľudí milovať a odpúšťať. Nasledujeme spôsob života, ktorý učil Ježiš. Ježiš povedal: „Ak ostanete v mojom slove, budete naozaj mojimi učeníkmi, spoznáte pravdu a pravda vás vyslobodí“ (Jánovo evanjelium 8, 31 – 32).

Aj my sme Ježišovými učeníkmi. Aj my môžeme pomôcť privádzať ľudí späť k Bohu.
